Description

Where flat shapes end and the physical world begins: that is the territory the Geometric Solids explore. The set presents ten three-dimensional forms in high-quality teakwood: a triangular prism, a rectangular prism, a cube, a cylinder, a cone, a triangular pyramid, a square pyramid, a sphere, an ellipsoid, and an ovoid.

Handling each solid, the child feels its faces, edges, and curves directly, building an understanding of three-dimensional form that no picture could provide.
