Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Montessori Supply purchase. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched, by contacting us at montessorisupplyhr@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and would instead need to be handled under our returns process below, if eligible.

2. Returns Eligibility

We currently accept returns only for products that arrive defective or damaged. As our materials are made to be used and passed on for years in classrooms and homes, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind.

3. Return Window

If your product arrives defective or damaged, you may request a return within 15 business days of receiving it. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email montessorisupplyhr@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the defect or damage
• Clear photos of the product showing the issue

Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps, including how to send the product back to us where required.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and the defect is verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. Approved returns are processed as refunds.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged, or where the reported issue cannot be verified upon inspection.
