The Website is owned and operated by Montessori Supply Haryana ("Montessori Supply," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Montessori Supply Haryana supplies authentic Montessori learning materials to schools, institutions, and directly to parents, educators, and families across India, through both our B2B classroom-setup services and our B2C online store.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party. You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised representative of an institution, to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information error and to cancel any order arising from such an error, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee product availability. All payments on the Website are processed securely through our payment partner, CCAvenue. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped pan-India. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellations and returns are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
