1. PAYMENT: 50% of the value of the order as advance. Balance against proforma invoice /Documents through Bank. Items will be delivered only after receiving complete payment.
2. MODE OF PAYMENT: Cash/ RTGS/ NEFT / DD should be drawn in favour of Montessori Supply Haryana.
3. TAXES: Current rates of GST As applicable(12% Current rate). Duties as applicable in the buyer's country will be to buyer's account.
4. DELIVERY PERIOD: Ex-stock subject to availability. Maximum of 3 weeks from date of receipt of advance.
5. FREIGHT: Freight to buyer's account. Packing and forwarding charges extra.
6. Any Compaints should be sent within 7 days of receipt of material, in writing. No complaints will be accepted after the given period and no material will be exchanged or taken back. Telephonic or verbal complaints will not be accepted.
7. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
8. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
9. We guarantee replacement/repair of goods for damages due to manufacturing defects within 3 months of purchase (For Montessori Materials Only).
10. Any disputes would be subject to jurisdiction of Gurgaon courts, India .
Easy Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, all original tags or labels intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. In case of any damages found while we receive the goods, we will not be able to refund you the amount.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable to the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
We will organize to pick up the returned product(s) from your location. In case we are unable to pick up, you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process if we do not have these details.
Refunds
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your account within 24 hours of reaching the warehouse. Please Note: Shipping Charges are not refundable.
