Description
Constructive Triangles
One rectangular boxes 1 triangular box 1 large hexagonal box each containing triangles of different sizes.
The child constructs various chapes using the triangles thus giving the child experience in plane geometry. Children also explore how a new shape is derived when 2 different triangles are combined for example: when 2 equilateral triangles are combined, then it forms a square.
OBJECTIVE: The constructive triangles give the child practical experience in geometry. They are called ”constructive” because the child sees the triangle as the element which builds the other shapes.
